High Tensile Steel Strapping– for Packing Back

The Cold Rolled High Tensile Steel strapping is specially heat treated to provide high strength and toughness for packaging applications. On this high speed and high precision online heat treatment line, the special strap paints are applied for strapping and cured by infrared wave curing system using quartz lamps. For tension transmission high gloss wax is applied and cured by infrared wave curing system. The allied products such as whole variety of metal seals and strapping tools are also available to our valued customers.

Strap edges are blunted by Beveled process to prevent strap cutting in the fingers or hands while strapping.
Strapping is available in both Ribbon and Mill Wound to 50 kg weight.
Jumbo Coils are also supplied at 220 kg weight.
Special requirements are undertaken on request.
